Gabrielle “Gabby” Verzella joined the Klein Global Opportunities team as Program Coordinator in spring 2018. Before joining the team as a full-time staff member, Gabby was a Peer Advisor in the Global Opportunities office for two years and assisted fellow students in going away and abroad. She won the Lew Klein Excellence in the Media Award in 2015 to study for the summer in Dublin, and went on to participate in two more programs through Klein GO: the Global Internship Program in London and GO's first year at Arcosanti, AZ over Spring Break 2017. As Program Coordinator, Gabby will be providing ongoing advising and guidance to students interested in Global Opportunities programs, as well as providing additional support for faculty interested in learning more about working with the Global Opportunities office.
Outside of the office, Gabby enjoys listening to punk/hardcore music, hanging out with her cat (Otto) and practicing yoga. Gabby has a BA in Media Studies and Production with a concentration in International Communication and Writing. She's currently in the Master of Science in Travel and Tourism program with Temple's School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
